Jesus didn’t give his disciples a list of truths and say, “Believe these things.”
He didn’t give them a set of religious rituals and say, “Practice these things.” Instead, he showed them a way to live and said, “Come, follow me.” At The Welcome Table, we are called to live the disciple life, allowing our faith to shape every aspect of who we are and what we do—individually and collectively.
The Disciple Development Team nurtures the spiritual life of our community by focusing on two key areas: Worship and Liturgy and Church Communications.
Worship and Liturgical Experiences

Plan meaningful worship experiences that foster spiritual growth and connect faith to daily life.

Select themes, scriptures, and songs that reflect the church’s values and mission.

Craft prayers, litanies, and other worship elements to ensure gatherings are accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
Church Communications

Manage the church’s website, social media platforms, and communication tools.

Create and share content such as posts, stories, and visuals to keep the community connected.

Share The Welcome Table’s mission with the broader world, inviting others to engage and experience the church.
