All Will Be Well, Without Looking Away

This CAC meditation reflects on Julian of Norwich’s famous words, “All will be well,” not as easy optimism or spiritual bypassing, but as a deep trust in the mercy and loving-kindness of God. Mirabai Starr reminds us that Julian did not deny pain, suffering, or the ways we harm one another. Instead, Julian held those realities inside a larger truth: that blame does not have the final word, mercy is always near, and we are held in Divine Love even when we cannot yet see how all things will be made well.
