Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill’s Impact Report

Dear Friends and Neighbors, 

As we reflect on the strides made this year, one thing is clear: when our community comes together, housing happens. Thanks to your partnership, the Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill has moved more families toward stability, safety, and opportunity than ever before! 

This year, we helped more than fifty households move from homelessness into safe, stable housing through our partnership with CACH. We completed our entire Owner-Occupied Rehab waitlist, delivering critical repairs that allow homeowners to remain safely in the homes they love. Our team also opened four new affordable duplex units on West Main, reserved for households experiencing homelessness. 

We expanded our impact through innovative grants and partnerships, including:

• AARP safety upgrades, window A/C units for seniors, and storm-damage tree removal assistance

• A hands-on new collaboration with York Technical College’s Building Construction Trades Program

• Progress toward 15 new affordable single-family homes coming in 2026 through the Made It Home! Program
